Originally born and raised in the state of California she was raised in the arts community which lead her to being dedicated and determined which later benefited her in highschool. Haslyn’s role as a team line officer on her high school varsity dance team has helped her develop key leadership skills that are invaluable in her work. She excels at fostering teamwork, effective communication, and unity—qualities she uses to support both her colleagues and the patients she interacts with. These attributes, alongside her academic background, are helping Haslyn pursue her goal of becoming a pediatric dental hygienist, with hopes of furthering her education to become an orthodontist and make a lasting impact on others’ lives.

Alongside her role at Pyramid Physical Therapy, Haslyn is a dedicated pre-dental hygiene student, focused on pursuing a career in pediatric dental hygiene. With aspirations to further her education and become an orthodontist, she is motivated by a desire to positively impact the lives of others in the healthcare field. Holding an Associate of Biomedical Sciences from Palo Alto College, Haslyn has had value years of experience leading toward her current role at Pyramid.

In the months i have been here i have yet to hear many complaints about the clinic or staff, but when i do hear them it is mainly about finances or parking which i would love to help with what i can.

Her attention to detail and ability to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system ensure a smooth and seamless experience for both patients and staff.

At Pyramid Physical Therapy, Haslyn plays a key role in managing patient scheduling, verifying insurance details, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining patient records. Her role allows her to build essential organizational and customer service skills, while her deep passion for healthcare drives her personal and professional growth.

When I’m not working:

Beyond academics and her professional pursuits, Haslyn is deeply passionate about music, travel, and the arts. She has attended numerous concerts, including seeing Taylor Swift perform, and finds joy in expressing her creativity through dance. Fun fact: her two cats, Willow and Clara, are named after Taylor Swift songs, reflecting how music has shaped her life. With a strong foundation in biomedical sciences and a genuine passion for both healthcare and the arts, Haslyn is excited to continue her journey toward a fulfilling career in dentistry, eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves, while also embracing her personal passions along the way.
