Andrea grew up in West Texas and moved to San Antonio for school. She graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a minor in Public Health, with no debt and a plan to stay in this city and advance her career as much as possible. She does bartending on the side and spends her free time running and trying new restaurants.
Andrea has a Bachelor’s in Health Science with a minor in Public Health, including a year in admin with six months in a non-profit pediatric clinic, and then another seven months with a hospice service. She has over four years of customer service experience and over 350 clinical care volunteer hours.
Specialization:
Andrea is the office coordinator, so therefore she takes care of verifying insurances, scheduling, and payment.
She is not sure yet, as she hasn’t seen any difficulties other than reminders; however, she’s not sure how to change reminders from digital to physical for patients.
Andrea loves the patients’ energy, the locality and community aspect, and how the staff works as a family.
