To be completely clear: Pyramid Physical Therapy & Pilates does not have a Shavano Park office. There is one clinic, at 4939 De Zavala Rd, Suite 103, San Antonio, TX 78249, and everybody we treat is treated there. Driving in from Shavano Park.
De Zavala Road runs east to west across the northwest side, just inside Loop 1604. From Shavano Park, head south and pick up De Zavala. We are in Suite 103, and parking is at the door. If you get turned around, call and somebody will talk you in.
